This DApp allows a user to send messages to the smart contract owner (the user who deployed the smart contract to the blockchain), that's me. Every message sent is a transaction on the blockchain, which incurs gas fees. Since this is deployed on Polygon, the gas fees is absolute minimum (also, this is on testnet, no real money needed :P)
